Glenn,
Are you looking for vector-oriented (.svg or .eps) editable files or something for bit-mapped editing. The file I've put up on www.gmceast.com in the technical area are available in the common formats such as .jpg and .psd for Adobe Photoshop. If you want .svg or .eps then send me an email.
