Then Sony dash radio has finally rolled over and crashed.

Two quick questions..

How do I get it out of the dash? The stock sheet metal has not been
modified as far as I can tell and there is a nice collection of wires, wire
nuts and assorted junk back there.

Suggestion for a good replacement.
