Could be road water but I would take the back panel off the hanging
locker
(closet to you landlubbers) and check the city water check valve for
loose screws.

Thanks for your help on this, David and Charles. I looked at back side of the city water input and all seemed new and dry. I will investigate the Stove Vent as this is a possibility.... Do you think that this could lead water all the way to the floor without showing signs on the wall? Cheers!
