I posted 6 pictures on the photo site under the user name gbarrow.

This is a device that I disconnected when I bought the coach 8 years ago and only recently removed it from the coach.

I've never seen anything like it on any other GMC.

I think it is a vacumm operated air pump to supplement the Dana Compressor which was barely working when I bought the coach.

If it actually worked I suppose it would keep the pressure topped up while underway and not require the Dana to run as much.

Anyone have one of these or ever see one?

J. C. Whitney used to sell compressors like that in horn kits. Here is a pic of a kit with one.

Hadley was one of the manufacturers.

I have one on a shelf in the garage. It was in a kit that allowed you to adjust air shocks from inside of your car. I believe I also got it from JC Whitney in the early 70s

Gene,

I've got one of those compressors that I took off a Cutlass in
the wrecking yard. It was used on a set of air shocks.
Had a little control under the dash that regulated the pressure
in the shocks. Never found a use for it.
