Got some de-icer and got it to work. Thanks! Also liked the specs on the Lock-Ease, though my hardware store was out of it, plus have to wait until next week when temps should be back up above freezing.
As to where water is getting in, only thing i can think of is simple condensation. Been running a propane heater to keep the inside above freezing, and the windows are always dripping. But will have to investigate the door seal sometime when it's warmer and dry - maybe April? ;-)
