Carlo,
That section of headliner does not go from side to side. It only extends above the module 3-4 inches.

Just double checked...No perforated vinyl. No foam. just wood that has been coated. I just took a photo. I'll post shortly. The reason I am adamant that it is original is because it covers the ceiling ABOVE the dry bath module, which I can say has most likely never been removed.
