is there a way to increase the font size to make it easier to read? i had a cataract fixed and am having problems reading.

Fred: I don`t know your operating system or which browser you are using? I believe you are on the Forum since there are no adds after your signature. Easiest way is to lower the overall resolution. On the desktop, right click and choose properties, display, depending on the operating system as to how choose a smaller screen resolution. This will make everstuff bigger, but it may not fit the screen and you will have to scroll to see everstuff. This can be done with the arrows on the keyboard also. If you have any trouble, I`m on the Black list, I`d be glad to walk you thru it.
The later versions of explorer have a magnifier on the lower right corner and you can just make the web pages bigger and leave everstuff else as is.

Fred: you can also use the magnifier for small stuff. Click Start, all programs, accessories, ease of acess, magnifier. I use this for stuff like wiring diagrams or to check out details.

That is cool... If you don`t have a roller mouse, hold down control and hit + for bigger and - for smaller.

And if you are on a Mac, command + and command - will also increase or decrease the font size

If I stick with 225 on the rear just for the most clearance, can I put 245 on the front with a more aggresive tread than the rear, and what would be the good and the bad of doing this....thanks Brian

Having traveled over million miles in the GMCs I feel that having all
6-7 tires the same is handy when you have fat, blowouts, etc.
If ou need more traction, put more of the load in the mid section and
mybe use the limited slip differential.

I see you are a forum user and not an email user.
If you are using Firefox, click on the "tools" at the top followed by "options" and then "Content"
In Internet Explorer I tried, Clicking on "View" followed by "Text Size" Then largest. For some reason it did not work for me. I'm not normally an IE user so maybe someone else knows better than me how to do it in IE.

Me too.
Larger than 225-75R15 may or may not interfere with wheel well liners,
fender flares, etc., but what's the benefit?
Load Range D (LRD) has sufficient load capacity for most GMC's; LRE for all.
Additional tread width MAY slightly increase traction on dry pavement;
on wet pavement it WILL reduce traction.
The diameter of the 225 is close enough to original to cause only
minimum speedometer and drive ratio change.
I just don't think any perceived benefit is worth the hassles.
