First fixed my furnance! I apprecaite the courage you all gave me with advise on how to do it.
Second I installed a 65 watt solar panel. Sure not the biggest but it was donated to me and is making power as I type.
Third I also fixed my frig from shooting flames all over the compartment and is burning nice clean blue flame now.
Changed my oil yesturday with the recommended oil/filter and some tricks you guys told me and its running great.
Got my fuel vapor seperator in jimk sold me and installed it.
Got my fuel 45 degree hose jimk sold me and installed it.
Found a leaky vac line and fixed it.
My GMC is starting to get someplace! I'm HAPPY!

Ahhh Yesss, Limited Slip Differential. I knew there was something I should
save my pocket change for. Went looking for a good USA made forged & welded
trucker chain in 5/16" x 20' size today. None of the "Marts" or "Depots" had
USA chain. Finally found one at a True Value Hardware in Brooks, Oregon.
They were very proud of it to the tune of about $60.00. Not too many years
ago, you could buy these for a lot less. I don't really want any comments
about where I could have purchased it for less. I needed it today. I bought
a front clip from the A pillar forward, less sheet metal, from a 1968
Cadillac Eldorado. Got the 472 cu in engine, Automatic Trans, Final drive,
hubs, knuckles, upper & lower A arms. I know I should have bought a later
model, but I bought it right and delivered to my shop. Should have some
spares for rapid turnaround. Got the inner & outer CV joints & eldo oil pan
& jackshaft support as well as good rotors.
