I had a low profile roof air but with a sat dish (no storage pod) I
cleared a certified 8'8".
Those few inches make a difference sometimes. Like on the Jet Ferry
between Yarmouth, NS and Bar Harbor, ME where they didn't belive me and
measured the height themselves.
