We bought this 1973 GMC 23' Sequoia last spring. Since then we have installed within 1500 miles or less (most within 250-750 miles) has about 67,000 original miles:

New (6) Tires, (mounted on alcoas)
New KYB Shocks
New trans SuperCooler
New Front bearings
New Front Knuckle
New Steering Box
Rebuilt the 455
New dual stage LP gas regulator
Sealed the refrig compartment
(getting its on order a new orafice for frig)
Had trans/diferencial gaskets replaced
New Airbags, disconnected the air ride however and just installed shader valves
New Ignition Switch
New vacuum breaker for toilet
Replaced rubber lines from power steering and trans cooler
All interior bulbs upgraded to LED
Exhaust work, needed section of pipe replaced
New Holly Carb
All plumbing was gone through with a plumber
And generator was just serviced with all onan parts.

Coach has headers, (2) flat panel tvs, dvd player, 1990 furnace, norcold frig (Im replacing the oraface), newer sleeper couch, go "spot" light, cd player, microwave, awning, 4kw onan with about 60 hrs on it. I think its from 2000/2001, coleman a.c. and lots more.

HOWEVER, the wife is starting to imply the over $30 grand could of been spent on a newer coach ( I agree but love my gmc ). With two kids, the 23 ft GMC is a little small.
I've spent a fortune getting this coach up and running, and hours upon hours of time. She may want something thats alittle more plug in and play. I'm not sure but this is a gmc forum and maybe someone would know if we did sell it what would it be worth. I think its so close to getting finished but without much mechanical knowledge, its really hard to finish this.
