I have recently seen two different 23' GMC's which have the hutch
installed. One has it on the passenger side at the door and the other
has it on the driver's side between seating and the kitchen. Any idea
if these are definitely from Coachman or another outfitter? Both our
guys who have them list them as Birchavens but I've found no floor
plan anywhere to confirm it. Just wondering guys. They do look like
the same hutch seen in 26' Coachman coaches with side baths.

Some folks are calling these a "wine cabinet" as they have holes in the floor to hold a bottle. I just now went out and dug out those 3-ring binders of drawings I "borrowed" several years ago from Coachmen (I will return them when I am done with them).
I found drawings for this cabinet, and they call this a "Refreshment Center Cabinet". The drawing includes a detail for the end panels, with the curvature for the sidewall. They are definitely a Coachmen built cabinet.
There is one of these in the Birchhaven I reworked this summer. If I planned on keeping this coach I would definitely remove or rework this cabinet - I just don't have much use for a cabinet to store large bottles.

Roger,
I am aware of 3 floor plans for Birchavens, two are documented in their sales brochures, I have never seen any documentation on the third. I have seen at least 3 or 4 of this different floor plan so it is not a one off version, have pictures but not able to locate them right now.
