While at JimK's I mentioned that my air bags leak down overnight even when I close the valves right at the air bags. For two years I thought it was due to a defective O ring. I had sprayed all the connections but could not find it.

Nobody ever told me to spray the bag itself! When they sprayed the bag the leak was apparent.

We only sprayed half the bag while it was on the coach but it looked like it was covered in shaving cream.

Here is the video:

If I use ZDDP in a new car - will the tappets go flat?

Jim,

What are you spraying it with just soapy water? I too have leaky airbags and was going to try the o-ring thing.

Thanks

Jim, shoot some on my right quadrabag when I get there. It has always leaked, even when shut off.

We will check it out an if leaky, we will warranty it even if it is
over 2 years.
feel that parts should last for few years.

I'll give that stuff a try before pulling the airbag adapter out to check the O ring.

Today I put The Murray to bed for the winter, so no more play time until spring Sad
