Open at least one sink cold water valve and turn on the pump. Then wait. It takes a while to get the air out of the system and the pump primed again. If that does not work, add more anti-freeze to the tank. Also park facing up hill. On my tank, and I assume most GMC's, the pickup is at the bottom rear of the fresh water tanks.

Camping world sells a kit to pump right from the gallon jug, no need to put that stuff in your tank, it's a 2 way valve ahead of your pump, takes about 1 gal to winterize the entire coach, then do your traps, i use windshield washer, never had a problem, ( may not work in Alaska ) JWID

Methanol is extremely toxic and doesn't taste remarkably bad. Be very cautious about using it in a potable water system. I'd really suggest the propylene glycol-based RV antifreeze instead.

Actually the _suggestion_ would be to add some water until the pump gets some suction and is able to generate some flow. Even diluted it should give protection anywhere south of Duluth.
