Hi Gary, the 49ers January rally was rescheduled to Feb.11 - 14th; it's a
Mexico Ship's Cruise hosted by the Travao's. Eloise and I annually go to
Quartzsite mid January and have been camping at the same place as the 49er
Rally last year. I wouldn't be surprised to see other GMCers there. The
length of stay depends on the local weather; we have camped there for two
days and we have camped there for three weeks. For the last two years
around the 22nd we have joined the Pacific Cruisers for their unofficial
Rice Ranch Rally. The Rally host, Chuck Garton blew his motor recently but
if he isn't ready by then someone else will probably step up. The Rally is
on the Pacific Cruisers website but the date is pending. We will be going
on to Yuma afterwards. We look forward to seeing you and other GMCers in
Quartzsite.
