And the tasks listed there are not all that
the Arizona prisoners do!

They also build some simple and plain, but
very serviceable furniture. It is sold under
the name of ASPEN, which I'm told stands for
Arizona State Penitentiary. We have their
three section entertainment center for our
living room TV, stereo receiver, turntable,
4-track tape recorder, cassette recorder,
CD player, CD recorder, DirecTV receiver,
DV player and loads of tapes and CDs.

We also have three of their bookcases in the
same style.

As I said, not fancy, but Judy and I like the
non-decorated style without obvious "pulls"
and handles. It is in a classic style which
really can't be accurately dated, similar to
much Scandinavian and European furniture.

I'm not Dan but I can tell you that those prices are equal to what you would
pay outside the walls.
