I caught a brief glimpse of a beige or tan GMC headed north on US 98, just over the Hathaway Bridge in Panama City Florida. Almost choked on my eggs benedict since we were with friends who have never seen my coach. I don't know who it was, but they were moving along quite nicely.

Stick;
You should have yelled at us and we would have stopped ~
We had been in Port St Joe for 4 days and then made a stop in Ferry Pass.
Came north thru Atmore Al and just got back home>
If we knew that you were there then we would have picked up those seats ~ LOL ~

I was inside a restaurant. If you really want those seats, let me know. Otherwise, they're going to the street.

Hi David,

My wife and I have stayed there a number of times, great park, especially if
you like walking on the beach and collecting shells, it's 7 or 9 miles to
the point all sandy beach.You have to walk 3 or 4 miles to start getting
into shells that haven't been picked over as bad, also depends on storms and
rain. If you like privacy site 62 in Shady Pines is the most private site in
the park, although there are others,particularly along the back side past
62. There is little shade in the other section, I have stayed there to, it's
almost on the beach, you get the breeze and sound of the surf. It's hard to
tell looking at the Reverse America map (don't like those people) but I
think site 47 is a favorite almost on the beach, just across from the old
bathrooms, close to the new bathrooms. Over all I prefer Shady Pines
particularly in the summer.
If you are there on full moon it's awesome, if new moon the stars are
incredible and so is the phosfersance in the surf and in the wet sand when
you kick it, let your eyes totally adjust to the dark first! It is more
pronounced at Mexico Beach just a few miles west, but the sand when dry
squeaks as you walk on it. The color of the water is a wonderful bluegreen.
I highly recommend the park.

DAVE;

We have friends that own some property in Highland View {north side of Port St Joe}
and usually park there since the Paper Mill has closed ~
{No Smell }

Port St Joe has been the forgotten area of Florida and the Island is a great place
Camp By The Dunes On Siye # 47 With All Windows Open For The Breeze And Surround Sound
BUT the Shady Pines Site # 62 is Quiet ans Secluded For Your Privacy ~
You MUST make early reservations for the Spting and Summer Campsite Stays ~
{ The Mexico Beach / Tower Hill Area is also great }

~~~~
You Will Find Nice Sand From The Florida Line At Pensacola To Port St Joe ~
And the sand dosn't start again until you get all of the way south to Cedar Key ~
We will be fishing at Wewahitchca's Dead Lakes, just south of the Dam on the Chipola River
when the Shell Crackers start bedding in late February ~
{ a 25 year tradition with my Sons }
~ Joe ~
Consider St. Andrews State park in Panama City Beach. Many bayside shaded spots with a real short walk to the white sugar beaches.
Joe,
Are Y'All going to the rally at Pensacola next week? I could probably bring
Stick's seats if you are. Get them out of his way & into yours.
Hoping to get to meet you in the Panhandle,
