I am trying to fine tune my so aire furnace. I have not been an owner of the GMC for long, and i just started firing up the furnace. Everything seems to work fine, but it is creating a bit of black soot on the outside.

So when i went to dial in the primary air to fine tune the flame, from what looked to be partly yellow to the blue, the primary air just spun.

after taking out the burner, everything looks in good shape. not rusted, and fairly clean. however the stops on the primary air are broken off.

is there anybody that sells a new burner?

I do not really want to get into replacing the furnace if I don't have to.
