HERE IS AN EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM DANA. I AM SURE I HAVE THE BRACKET FOR THE CARB SPRINGS AND PROBABLY THE CARB SPRINGS TOO. IF YOU CAN HELP HER, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GET IN TOUCH. THIS MECHANIC SHE SPEAKS OF IS NOT THE ONE STEVE FERGUAON REFERRED TO. THAT ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO O/H HER ENGINE.

Wow, news travels fast. We just talked to Mike last night. He did seem a little less than pleased to see us still here.

We had some delays. My mechanic had to go active for 5 months with the National Guard, and then separated his shoulder a week after getting back. That delayed us by about 7 months.

But, we are almost there. We drove it Thursday night! We have a spark issue. We lose spark for seemingly no reason. Take the cap and rotor off, get spark again. Put it back together, and it goes for a while, then no spark. He didn't have an ohm meter with him this week, so we will test it next time he comes out. We are missing the bracket the accelerator springs attach to. There is blue paint in the holes, where it is supposed to be, so it looks like the idiot never put it on the block. I seem to have lost the two springs and the little angel clip that holds the accelerator cable on the carb.
I then have to get the coach electric hooked back in the loop. The battery isolator is not connected, and my mechanic has no way to test it. Then its off to Miguel's to get the air bags installed finally! (AIR BAGS DONATED BY GMCers-Michael)

It looks as though we could be on the road in 20 days or so. I am hoping for the 5th.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your coach. I have heard the ethanol eats up the older fuel lines, is it bad for the old engines too? I am heading straight for California from here, and don't want to run into that.

Once again, I cannot thank you enough. We appreciate all you and the community has done!
