After the Treasure Island rally I saw exactly how comfortable these chairs are- especially in the charcoal leather.
So in my search for the Honda Oddyssey 2nd row middle captains chairs I tried the local Disabled Van Builders in the area. The one nearby in Vallejo got rid of several sets last year, but this year the Oddysseys are being shipped by Honda without the seats( they get more credit than they were selling them for). I called another shop in Berkeley and the owner confirmed that the Honda Oddyseys are now being shipped without the seats.(He had shipped 100 sets of chrysler and honda seats out just recently to South Carolina) This probably means that only used seats will become available as people convert used vans. I purchased a set of new leather seats on ebay Yesterday for $199 plus $89 shipping. There is only one new set(grey cloth)currently for sale and one used set in tan leather).

Slightly off topic, but certainly on the subject of cheap seats. I lucked out! Ken Henderson bought some really nice Flexsteel leather? seats at Duquoin for possible use in his coach. Since Elaine wasn't impressed, he made me a real deal. Perfect fit with the mounting plates that (I believe) are original...and they recline!
I would have been a winner either way. If Elaine had liked them, I would have bought the seats out of the Birchaven, which, of course, are very nice.
Any takers out there? I have a couple of beauties - see my picutre album - all ready for the deer stand or for a hunting trailer. Free for the taking.

Money Pit came with Flex-Steel seats. Fabric is very worn,
but boy-oh-boy, were they comfortable on drive home to
OKC from New Braunfels, TX back in March. I have a buddy
who is an upholsterer and can make 'em look like new for
a reasonable price.

Joe, thanks for the compliments. I take no credit for the dash, but someone put a lot of into it. As far as I know, all the gauges except the gasoline. I'll try and add some pictures, someday. You need to come pick up those deer seats.

Joe,
When you head South, don't fight the I-75 mob. Get off at I-75x218 on GA20W
over to US19S, which passes 150 yards E of my house. It's 4 lanes all the
way with almost no traffic. We've got full hookups for you and I'll bet
Stick will bring the template of his dash over for you to copy. :-)

My #03 coach has new dark gray leather Flex-Steel seats. Even though they are gray, the seats look very nice and the seat itself is comfortable enough.
BUT the arm rests are much to high. With the seat back in a normal position the arm rest is about 30 degrees from level! They are not usable as is...
Is there an adjustment? (I assume there is... Flex-Steel is still in business!)
If I can find the adjustment, I might learn to like dark gray leather... I like tan leather.
