Hey Folks,

I did some searching in the archives but I still have questions. I'm about to install an HEI and don't want to be smashing the original air cleaner so I'd like to replace it.

I was thinking of going with a unit from Spectre. Has anyone used this or something similar? Any other suggestions?

There are other plenums available to use for engine cover clearance.

Thanks Dan,

I saw that in a previous post, I should have copied the link and asked you where you got it from.

Do you think a 14" cleaner will clear the HEI? Well, I gotta ask.

Frank Jenkins is bringing to DQ the new fiberglass air horn he designed
after we installed his EFI at Bean Station. Nice unit even though it won't
work on my Cad500. I don't know the cost yet.
