I apparently sent this only to krdietz.
I didn't notice that he sent it offlist.

See my reply to krdietz below.

Anyway, I did realize my mistake of the
reply only to krdietz instead of the entire
list after I returned home.

My apologies.

Just got back from a visit to Charles Woods.
Installing new fuel pump was a "no-go" all
the way. The new fuel line doesn't appear
that it will ever mate between the carb and
the pump. To hook it up to the carb, he
will have to remove the thermostat housing
and top radiator hose. Then it appears that
the bend where the tube goes to the pump has
the wrong angle on it, if it will even reach.
Also, the threads on the fuel tube fittings
seem to have been buggered by perhaps having
pliers put onto them. Weird, to say the least.

Charles thinks he got it from the vendor that
way but he will be checking with the vendor.

Nothing much really accomplished, but I learned
where some stuff is!

Somebody has mentioned an insulated fuel line
that runs from pump to carb, but I haven't
been able to find it in any messages I have
retained. Jim K or Jim B???
