Fords used them for many years. They were accessible through the trunk, usually
by pushing on a button through a hole in the trunk liner, so I'm guessing you
could get one out pretty easily. Never done it, though. By the way, I don't
think this replaces the oil pressure switch. There could be cases where either
one might not shut off the pump when you would like it off.

Does anyone know what vehicle has the easiest to access/remove shaker switch
from the men's mall?

Many of the Ford Escorts and similar Mazda's have them on the floor just outboard of the driver's seat--very easy to get to.
