Issues at my Office have meant I didn't get the registration in the mail by the deadline. Paula hasn't been feeling well either so if she isn't up to it..... (nothing worse than finding the local hospital doesn't like the colour of your travel health Insurance card, Canadians aren't used to that!).

Too late to send the registration now anyway, So is it bad etiquette to just show up? I know it takes alot of planning for these events so we could wait for another time.

Just show up! Let Ray know that you're coming and then just go. That's the
main thing.

Of course it's better follow the protocol but if all else fails, damn the
torpedos, full steam ahead! You'll have a blast and I'm sure everyone will
be glad to see you.

Bruce,

That goes for the Eastern States events over the weekend, too -- just come.
You can settle up on the spot.

Of course, a hoard of people can't come but there's always room for a few.

Ray's cell phone and email both work in DuQuoin. I got two emails from him this morning. If you do not contact him, just show up. He is not going to turn you away. Prior notice would be nice but if you are unable to contact him, just show up.

Bruce, don't forget you need the correct paperwork to get you and any passengers into the U.S.A. and back into Canada. I plan on going to Watkins Glen raceway in Sept 2011 and I'm already preparing to get my passport.

Dave,
We have Passports, had them for years. I started taking it with me to the states after 9-11, it was just easier.

Fill out your application for the passport on-line, print it out and bring it to the Passport Office. You will jump to the front of the que ahead of people who didn't fill out on-line.
