Ok Monday 9/20...its on the Landall getting shipped to the dealership. The power steering hose broke and I see it leaking.I pumped the AIR BAGS but they are back down.Gonna get those hold up things from Tru value. What do I ask for as far as the hose and what is the best power steering fluid to get?I will be taking better pictures of under carriage for rust as its going on truck for better view.I may need it winched out (see pics)but a mature mechanic told me to hammer the rear because the FWD should have pulled it out.LOST BUT EXCITED! Only sad cause its getting darker sooner less time to work on.HELP..every input HELPS!As always THANKS IN ADVANCE>>>FRANK...AKA...RUN GMC!

Dealership ???? Do you mean as in a GMC or Chevy dealership ?
I hope you checked the credentials of their techs. This is not intended as any kind of a put down, but I have GREAT difficulty finding Chrysler/Dodge dealerships that are even AWARE that Dodge supplied motorhome chasiss(sp) in the 1970s.

(but I recognized from somewhat long ago previous postings that you are using one of the preferred methods to move a disabled GMCMH(or any MH that is under 13'6" when on a Landall))

Look forward to seeing the pictures when you unload at the shop.
The Schrader valves for temporary filling of the air bags...are what you want from TrueValue or Ace Hardware or auto shop. Take the old power steering hose to a good hydraulic shop and some NAPA shops and they can make a new one.

Good luck,
Dennis
