Well... we got sidetracked pulling out the furnace so the faucet did not get
put in. The sink is out right now too.
Question on the faucet, the coach plumbing has plastic lines with that flare
like end on it that is for attaching to faucets. The faucet I got has 3/8"
compression fittings. I am thinking of cutting the fittings off the coach
plumbing and putting a compression fitting on and then a coupling and then
attach the faucet supply lines. Is this a viable solution?
And on that note, my supply lines (hot & cold) to the kitchen sink have a
valve in line that diverts water to some kind of fitting where the hot &
cold lines join together. It appears to go through the floor. I guess this
is for draining the lines but I would have a hard time reaching the valves
once the sink and furnace are back in. Am I on the right track here?
