If I was in the county and had room for a 5-foot setback I would need a
permit but for a shipping container but all residential zones allow them
with a permit. The city was advertised as we are paying more taxes to the
county than they are spending in our area. How does that explain why they
raised our sales tax 1/2%. They are trying to get our property values up.
The house next door sold for $220,500 4/16/2015 and now Zillow has it
estimated at $285,848. 3 beds 2 bath 1253 sq feet on a 7,310 sq foot lot.
My lot is 9,240, with the new zoning I do not have room to add anything.

When I moved here I was about 5 miles east of Sacramento which was the
closest city. I thought I was safe.
