Dash pad R&R [message #371267]

Our dash pad from the instrument cluster over to the passenger side is in sad shape. The covering has apparently shrunk and is pulling up the pad along the windshield edge. It seems glued to the dash with no mechanical fasteners. Anyone have a good fix?
