I received an email message from Ed in California regarding a facebook posting and a copy of the announcement made by Kim Weeks about the upcoming the "Windshield Clinic" at the GMCMI rally in Hattiesburg, MO. Installations will be done on Saturday April 29, and Sunday April 30, and maybe Monday May 1 if we get too many orders. I do not know how to move a copy of that announcement from email to here, so I will just summarize it.

Yes, I am coordinating and taking orders for new windshield installations at the rally. As we have done in the past, ALL orders will be taken and installation scheduling will be done by me. Everything has to be done BEFORE the rally, so I can get the correct amount of lefts and rights ordered and shipped to the site prior to the start of the rally. There will be no extras available at the rally. They must be ordered soon. I do not have a cutoff date yet. Once the number needed is determined, I can not change it because they hand build the shipping crate to accommodate the number I have ordered. It usually takes a little less a week for the trucking company to deliver them to the site. It depends on which warehouses we clean out to get them all.

So now the important part of this message. ALL communication, Questions, Orders, and Scheduling will be handled by me at the email GMCWindshield@gmail.com . I do not care if you discuss it here, but all communication for the actual rally scheduling and orders must go through GMCWindshield@gmail.com .

Please do not post requests, or orders anywhere else or bother Kim Weeks, because she will just refer you back to me and the email posted here.
