Jim,
If it was me I would upgrade it to the aluminum radiator.
But if not, I would take it to Ronnie's radiator in Escondido. I can't tell you who is good in Chula Vista because that's where most of the rapist live.
But your close to spring valley. Yelp it. More reputable shops there. And good luck......
