9 hours at 50% run time. 57dB A scale at load. Substantially quieter than the one I fitted to the 23' coach, but it wasn't a great problem... the A/C fan made more nopise. I used double isolators of different sizes in the mount, so vibration wasn't a great problem. The set ran whenever I hit the crank switch over the couple of years I had the coach.

The gensets are kind of like cars - the hoi polloi of makers have pretty much caught up with the Gold Standards in terms of operation and reliability. The H-F stuff looks to be put together by 'assemblers'. I see the same engines in many different makers' sets. I suspect if I knew the original builder, the same would be true of the alternator. Variance in features seems to be confined to the stuff the assembler can bolt on - starters, outlets, etc.
