What Emery said... unless the floor is 3 dimensional where you want to cut the hole, which sometimes does not agree with a hole saw. Another possibility is using a nibbler as long as it's a steel floor. Not very expensive from H.F. and will handle curves and odd shaped cutting areas. Also allows you to make whatever shape hole you like or need. Gotta have compressed air and a vacuum is the best tool for the chips it makes.
