Brian,

There is no way of knowing whether the bearings, hubs, knuckles are good or bad unless they are disassembled, cleaned, and
inspected.

CV joints are another story which I'm not going into.

Subject: Re: [GMCnet] bearings

good advice and logistics...only problem is...how do I know they should be done other than I have no hx...they seem tight
but....should I change them ...I guess I have been thinking a person familiar with good and bad as it applies to gmc front bearing
and cv joints would know upon examination if they were good and do not need replacement or if iffy...I got new front Timkins from
jim K to have on the road in case of trouble...neither happened for multi years...Brian 77 ele 455
