I have heard over the years that the antifreeze, polyethylene glycol, does not go bad or break down. The only problem is the additive packages, anti-corrosion and pump lube, wear out or are consumed. I have never heard of this being disputed.

Question: Is there a product to refresh the addive package in antifreeze? If so what is the nane(s) of this product. In searching I have not been able to find an antifreeze additive that does not claim to improve cooling or "make water wetter. I don't need any snake oil, just an additive refresher.
