Atleast 20 years ago, there used to be a waterpump lube additive that also contained supplements for the other additives found in coolants. I can't recall the brand, nor do I recall seeing it on the shelves these days. Honestly though, I haven't looked for it as I believe a fluid change is of benefit to help keep dirt and sediment under control.
