Easiest way to check FD ratio would be driving a set speed, using the GPS, and check engine rpm with a tach. RPMs will give you an accurate idea of your final drive ratio. Record and report engine rpm at GPS speeds of 60, 65, and 70 mph. Smarter guys than me will give you an idea of your final drive ratio.
