Charles,
Here is another option and what i did and and am pleased with. I made a simple duct from the front vent of the front A/C to over the driver /passenger area. It is approx 2"x6"x 30"long and is inserted in the A/C outlet and attached to the curtain track over the drivers seat. Constructed of foam core board and painted to match the headliner.
