Hi Guys, Not related to my GMC, but my Honda Element. Since there is such a great wealth of knowledge here maybe this will help to select my oils

Can some1 plz explain to my what the difference is between these 2 types.

No1 = Mobil 1 120763 Synthetic Motor Oil 5W-20, 5 Quart ( Cost $50) Shocked

I always believed that the high milage was for engines over 75/100K, Not sure why No1 is almost 2 the cost of No2 ...

Since my Honda Element comes in around 93K what's best to use...
