I don't bother with high mileage oil? Maybe it helps old seals that are starting to leak? My 1995 Toyota truck with 260,000 miles does just fine with 10 -30 Walmart super tech oil at 3 to 4 thousand on an oil change it is still clean doesn't burn any and doesn't leak a drop. I use Mobil one 5-30 in my trailblazer and change at 6,000 miles with 113,000 on it and it doesn't use oil either forget the expense of hi mileage oil for old cars if they don't have oil leak problems.
