From memory I think you need DL7157 from AZ. It is rated at 100 amp which you will never or very seldom see.

It's real advantage is it puts out more current at an idle and slower speeds. Do not worry about the standard isolator which is rated a 80 amps PER CONNECTION. So it will work just fine for you.

Before you get too far into replacing that alternator, check to see that the alternator belt on the current alternator is tight and not worn on the sides. A correct width belt should side high in the pulley grooves. If it rides below the edge of the groove, it is worn or the wrong width. If worn or wrong replace it with a TRUE 7/16" belt. Measure the width on any replacement belt with a 10 mm. open end wrench. If it will fit across the belt then the belt width is too small. Do NOT buy GATES or NAPA belts as they are labeled 7/16" but are really too small 3/8". I have heard (but never seen) that NAPA has an optional "premium" line of belts that is the correct 7/16" width.
