JR,
When I spoke with Dave he explained the difference between the Wallace and Buskirk hubs.
The Kingsley has a Buskirk hub / knuckle on the driver side and an OEM on the passenger side. Therefore the Buskirk on the passenger side failed somewhere along the line.
I installed a set of Dave's hubs / knuckles (with grease zerk) in Double Trouble back in 2009 and since they have work perfectly I purchased a set for the Kingsley. I also purchased two new rotors.
I've got the upper and lower control arms disassembled and will install new ball joints in both and urethane bushings in the lowers and rubber in the uppers with an offset bushing in the rear to enable me to get a bit more caster if I need it.

Rob,
The 3 bearing assembly that Clarence made was different from the Wallace hubs, the middle bearing was different. If you remember Caspro they sold the 3 bears assemblies and listed it in their catalog and those were made for Caspro by Buskirk. I had talked with Dave earlier in the years on going thru what I have and he said that would, but Hal Kalding has had his A-arms redone to use the 1 ton front end. If I get time next year that is what I will do also.
