JR,

Well today I discovered something else unique about the Kingsley; the driver side front had a 3 bearing setup ala Wallace hubs / knuckles. I called Dave Lenzi to see if he wanted it as a core for the hubs and knuckles I got from him and he noted he could not use them. He told me Clarence made them as well as Wallace. I'm glad he can't use them as I couldn't get the three outer seal retainer bolts loose! I'll have to make a special wrench to get them out.

Regards,
Rob M.

Rob,

Living only 85 miles from Sandusky, Mi I was able to go to Buskirk’s shop many many times. When we bought our first GMC from a great lady in Lansing Mi named Gladys Rogers she told us that she always had it serviced at Buskirk’s. So we went to see Clarence to check on the coach we want to buy. The man was a very unique person and always thinking on how to do things. We spent a morning the first visit talking about the coach we want to purchase and he showed us the stretch coach they were completing for a customer. Little would we know that we would be the owners of the coach 12 years later and become the 3rd owners.

He was alway showing the latest trick stuff that he had installed on his personal coach and on other coaches. He was an amazing person and one of the giants in the GMC World.

JR
