Justin,

When Helen and I would pull into a campground the first thing I would do is plug in the 50 AMP power and turn on both A/C's to MAX.
By running two of them the pull down time was greatly reduced over running just one even on the hottest days.

Having 50 Amps available meant I could run every 120VAC powered item at the same time and not have to worry about C/B's tripping.

2 A/C's
Water heater
60 amp converter
Microwave
Keurig coffee maker
Toaster oven

What are people running that needs over 30 amps?
2 AC's and a microwave maybe?

Just curious. My coach is wired for 50A but I haven't yet been to a campground that has a 50A circuit, and have never popped the 30A
even with Both AC's running in the 100 degree heat.

We don't have a microwave or an electric water heater through so maybe that's what pushes it over the edge?
