Jim,

I have a mosquito catcher in Sydney that is hooked up to an LPG bottle and generates copious amounts of Co2. The mozzies fly to it
and get stuck on strips of "flypaper" that are 2" wide and 10" long.

Speaking of yellow jackets, remember the video of Robin Hood running from the bees!

Rob M.

I know that mosquitoes are attracted to warm carbon dioxide emissions.
Several backyard traps have c02 generators to attract them. Let's see,
"what releases large amounts of c02 near a GMC?" Could it be beer? Nahhh,
probably not. (Grin) My particular insect dislike is yellow jackets.
