We are only bothered by the Asian lady beetle when the neighbor plants soybeans.
This year our bumper crop is Box Elder Bugs. It is the worst I've seen it the 13 years we've lived here. SHMBO does not like bugs bigtime. Chloe, our bird, freaks out when she sees one.

We had almost no mosquitos this year. Between the two I'll take the bugs as they don't draw blood and carry diseases.
