If that's the case, then I would consider a single-bag replacement setup
like a Sully Bag or Mono Bag or Alex Ferrara's system, all of which are
about half the price of four-bag setups. If the weld broke, then this setup
has a demonstrated weakness and I'm not sure I would ever be comfortable
with it with just a repair.
