Come-along Size for GMC

Hi Guys, Just got back from a great GMCWS meetup at Paso Robles. So many new friends to meet and so much to learn !

I am looking into getting a "Come-along" for getting my GMC out of a sticky situation. as in stuck in Mud on Forest Land or snow conditions.

Does any1 have any of can tell me more about what size I would need for my GMC?

Not sure what the pulling capacity needs to be? 2 Ton - 4 Ton ? etc Does this also means that I need the same strength "Recovery Tow Strap" or "Snatch Strap"

Appreciate any input..
