A supplier that I use for electronics parts has a float type switch for level indication. I believe it uses a reed switch and also has a thermistor for temperature indications. You'd have to supply the electronics for the temp reader.

Sorry for the edit, but as I was sitting in the GMC doing some internal revisions, I was thinking, if the OEM sensors send a resistance reading to the panel, perhaps these could work with a resistor on each line from the float sw, to indicate level???
