It might be worth trying the pressure multiplier with a P-30 (34mm) master
cylinder to compensate for the extra displacement.
It's not widely known, but Leigh Harrison put ABS on his GMC many years
ago; in fact, I think he told me that all of his brake kits had provision
for the rotation sensors, never populated. He said it was just too
complicated for him to try to support it.
