Mike,

Pull the wires off and test for continuity between the terminals.
Besides the coil, all there is to the thing is a little flapper that
the coil pulls open. I have one with an open in the coil that
drove me crazy until I found it. The other thing is the sail switch
might have finally got crudded up where it won't move quite
enough to activate the circuit.
