I'm in Elkhart now. The number is at home. The one that fits/works is for a 78 GMC 2500 series pickup with cruise control. It has two sets of connectors. Use the terminals closest to the plunger. The terminals at the other end will not work. One set is normally open. The other is normally closed. Bob Dunahugh
